Bonny Meyer, Founder

Bonny Meyer is Principal of Meyer Family Enterprises.  Bonny founded Silver Oak Cellars where she and her late husband, Justin, grew Silver Oak from a dream to a world-class producer of Cabernet Sauvignon. Bonny also founded Meyer Family Cellars where son Matt is Winery Manager and Winegrower. As Principal of Meyer Family Enterprises, Bonny oversees investment selection and the management of a number of positive impact companies. These businesses include, but are not limited to: Healthy Buildings, SureHarvest and Bridge International Academies. As a member of the Social Venture Network she is dedicated to promoting sustainable business practices that benefit all. A strategic philanthropist, Bonny is committed to programs that empower at-risk adolescents and adults like Summer Search, KickStart and EARN.

Jeff Vander Clute, Founder

Jeff is helping to build a new world based on compassion, universal well-being, and the actualization of our potential for individual and collective thriving. He is a steward of Thriving Communities and is actively working with social transformation movements such as Compassionate Communities, the Happiness Initiative, and Occupy. Previously, as a software engineer, Jeff created an online publishing platform used by over 33 million people and a social-networking platform called Thrive used to “connect the global heart.” He serves as a director of the Compassionate Action Network, the Happiness Initiative, and Executive Director of New Stories – all 501(c)(3) nonprofits working to bring forth a more compassionate, just, and thriving society.
